
In 2007, Alice published her first book in the series titled Protocol and Etiquette for Caribbean People. This book, Etiquette in Communication was enthusiastically received by everyone who has read it. The foreword was written by former Governor General of Grenada, and author of Survival for Service, Sir Paul Scoon, GCMG, GVCO, OBE. It was also endorsed by Dr. Beverley Steele, Former Resident Tutor of the University of the West Indies Centre for Continuing Studies in Grenada, and author of Grenada: A History of its People. In this book, Alice shares her knowledge and experience to help organizers of functions understand the details of affording the relevant courtesies to Government Dignitaries and Diplomats.
