Alice Thomas-Roberts offers customized training workshops, seminars and presentations to company staff, and members of groups and organizations on Protocol, Etiquette, Events Planning and Customer Service. Organizers preparing to host an up coming event which is intended to include VIPs would find it useful to arrange a session for all involved from the Master of Ceremonies to those who will usher/ escort the guests.
